Candy Bar Trifle

This is a crowd pleaser for Everyone!

So I have been M.I.A...missing in Action with blogging. Whew have I been a bit busy. Unfortunately blogging wasn't at the the top of the priority list. Plus I couldn't start a new post on my page...something was not working. Grumble. Anyway, I needed to get my frustrations and disclaimers out there.

This dessert I made for Thanksgiving. Adults and Kids alike loved this dish. And it was the easiest to make out of the 6 different pies and 1 trifle I made. Easy is good. And when it tastes good, life is good.

It would make a great dessert for any Holiday or any Occasion. So Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Brownies, cut into bite sized pieces
Chocolate candies: Snickers, Twix, Kit Kats, Crunch Bars, Milky Way: Chopped into small pieces
Instant Chocolate Pudding, mixed according to directions
Instant Butterscotch Pudding, mixed according to directions
Toffee Bits
Caramel Sauce
Heavy Whipping Cream, Whipped
Cookie Straws

Ok. So, I would normally make all the pudding from scratch, but I decided for easy. But I did whip my own heavy whipping cream. I don't like the cool whip. But you can use what you like and works best for you. I personally didn't even eat this dish, because too much sugar makes me sick. But I will say, my husband and kids gobbled it up and loved it!

I used all my leftover Halloween Candy!

To make:

Assemble: Brownie, Candy Pieces, Butterscotch Pudding, Whip Cream, Caramel Sauce, Toffee Bits, Brownie, Chocolate Pudding, Candy Pieces, Whip Cream, Caramel Sauce, Toffee Bits, Brownie, Whip Cream, Whip Cream, Toffee Bits, Cookies.

That is how I assembled. But you can create your own. Have fun. it doesn't need to look perfect. That is the nice thing about Trifle. It ends up looking like this towards the end anyway....

Enjoy! And Enjoy the Holidays and Eating!
